Auburn Whisk was founded in 2025 by me, Aleksandra, from a love of baking and a passion for artistic expression.

What began as a creative outlet soon became a way to explore how cakes and cupcakes can be transformed into something truly special—where thoughtful design and carefully developed flavours come together in harmony.​

At the heart of Auburn Whisk is a commitment to uniqueness.

Every cake and cupcake I create is completely bespoke, designed individually for each client.

From the overall aesthetic and intricate decoration to the flavour combinations inside, no two creations are ever the same.

I specialise in working with buttercream, fondant, and modelling chocolate, which allows me to create highly detailed, sculptural designs with a refined and elegant finish.

This inspired a journey into developing and refining recipes that focus on both flavour and quality.
