General

By using this website and submitting an enquiry, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This website is operated by a home-based baking business. All products are made to order and are bespoke.

Orders & Enquiries

  • All orders submitted through this website are treated as enquiries only and do not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • An order is only confirmed once I have replied to your enquiry and the required payment (deposit or full payment) has been received.

  • I reserve the right to decline any enquiry at my discretion.

Payments

  • Card payments are not accepted through this website.

  • Payments are arranged offline after your enquiry has been reviewed and confirmed.

  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed via email once your order details are agreed.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before collection.

  • Orders placed within 72 hours of collection require full payment upfront.

Pricing

  • Prices listed on the website are guidelines only.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on size, design complexity, flavours, and additional requests.

  • A final quote will be confirmed via email before payment is taken.

Bespoke & Perishable Goods

  • All cakes and cupcakes are custom-made and perishable.

  • Due to the bespoke nature of the products, orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • These products are exempt from cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Design & Inspiration

  • Design descriptions provided via the website form are used as guidance.

  • Inspiration images shared after enquiry are used as reference only; exact replication of another creator’s work cannot be guaranteed.

  • Artistic interpretation is part of the bespoke process.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • While care is taken, products are made in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens including (but not limited to) nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of enquiry.

  • I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Collection

  • Orders must be collected at the agreed date and time.

  • Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon collection.

  • I am not responsible for damage that occurs after collection.

Website Use

  • This website does not process payments or store card details.

  • Enquiries submitted through the website are sent via email for review and response.

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your enquiry will apply to your order.
