Refund & Payment Policy

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to secure your booking and date.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before collection of your order.

  • For last-minute orders placed within 72 hours of collection, full payment is required immediately at the time of booking.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable. This is because once a booking is confirmed, time is reserved and preparation, planning, and ingredient sourcing begins.

  • If you cancel your order after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If you cancel your order after full payment has been made, no refund will be issued.

Changes to Orders

  • Any changes to your order (such as size, flavour, or design) must be requested no later than 7 days before collection and are subject to availability.

  • Changes requested within 7 days of collection may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

Collection & No-Shows

  • Orders must be collected at the agreed date and time.

  • Failure to collect your order without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be given.

Bespoke & Perishable Goods

  • All cakes and cupcakes are custom-made and perishable. As such, they are exempt from cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • By placing an order and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
