My Story

Auburn Whisk was founded in 2025 by me, Aleksandra, from a love of baking and a passion for artistic expression. What began as a creative outlet soon became a way to explore how cakes and cupcakes can be transformed into something truly special—where thoughtful design and carefully developed flavours come together in harmony.

At the heart of Auburn Whisk is a commitment to uniqueness. Every cake and cupcake I create is completely bespoke, designed individually for each client. From the overall aesthetic and intricate decoration to the flavour combinations inside, no two creations are ever the same. I believe cakes should feel personal—crafted to reflect a story, a celebration, or a moment worth remembering.

I specialise in working with buttercream, fondant, and modelling chocolate, which allows me to create highly detailed, sculptural designs with a refined and elegant finish. Each order is an opportunity to push my artistic skills further and bring fresh ideas to life, ensuring every piece is as distinctive as the occasion it’s made for.
